Too Cranky to be Creative

As the title of today's post indicates, I'm feeling too cranky to be creative today. I'm pretty much too cranky and exhausted to do much of anything, and yet I have a very busy day of work ahead of me. Sigh...

So, let's see. Have I mentioned that the Pumpkin is in a fussy period? Oh, I did. Have I mentioned that the Pumpkin is a fussy child in general? Hmmm, I did. Have I mentioned that I hate my mornings? Yeah, I mentioned that too.

Okay, I have nothing new to say except that this child may very well be the death of me. And now I have to get to work since I'm running SO late today.

I hope you all are having better nights and days than me. :-)

I'm telling you, this is why they are cute. So their parents don't sell them or give them to gypsies. :)

I kinda have to agree with Impostermom...
And no, we aren't doing much better. Sasha may have slept 12 hours the night of the 31st...but not since.
Darn his teething!

I got more than four consecutive hours of sleep last night, for the first time in weeks. Thank you, Tylenol (for the teething). I felt much better and didn't snap at anyone until almost 6 p.m. (sorry, Hubby). Which tells you how cranky I was earlier this week. ImposterMom is right. If Pumpkin weren't so cute, we'd have sent her home with her grandparents....

I hope you get some good sleep soon!

ImposterMom summed things up quite nicely, didn't she? The good news is that she'll outgrow the fussy period . . . and move onto something equally frustrating. ;-)

I wanted to sell my kids to the circus before dawn this morning (because that is when they were up, fighting over my breast, and then running up and down the hall--our downstairs neighbors were thrilled, I'm sure).

I hope you are letting everything else go...housework, social commitments, cooking food that requires more than one pot, etc. It's only temporary, even though it doesn't feel like it.

Learning I Have Hypertension

This past winter, I discovered I have developed high blood pressure. This came as a surprise for me, since I generally had always had blood ...
